Acronis can access USB ex Drive at start before Windows loads, but how it does it I do not know. So there must be a Way

Have you considered a virtual PC to run you DOS program on, I am not too sure if it would help but see this click here

What you could try is, download a Win98 Floppy boot disc from click here ninth file down. Load the Program under the Root of your Operating System Drive by just create a folder and put all the files in it. There should be a Program .exe file to execute the program to run after starting with the Floppy in the drive. To create the Floppy put a Blank Floppy in the Drive and double click on the above file after downloading it. you need to know how to navigate to the exe file to start the program running

There's always a way - you just need to write a driver to do it!
