Gaming PC help

Hi, I would like you expertise on if it is worth selling my PC and getting a new build or to keep with my current PC. Is all I aim to do is play CS:GO, which on low settings, I currently get around 100-150 fps, sometimes more sometimes less (does lagg/crash sometimes on loading which is annoying).

I purchased a second hand PC around 2 weeks ago for £370: Windows 7 - AMD FC 6100 6 Core Processor 3.30GHz - 8GB RAM (6GB usable?) unsure of make - AMD Radeon HD 7800 Graphics Card - Gigabyte Crossfire motherboard - 1TB HDD Sata 3 - Arctic Freezer CPU cooler - DVD RW Optical Drive - HD Sound Card with built in AMP - 700w PSU

If I was to sell the above, how much would I get for it? That's if it's worth getting rid of it, to get the below.

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor £176.99 - ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard £66.17 - G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory £54.12 - Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive £51.54 - Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive £42.93 - Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card £202.49 - Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case £46.39 - Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply £56.99 - Samsung SH-224DB/RSBS DVD/CD Writer £12.36 - Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) £74.34 -

Total: £784.52

Please advise if it will play CS:GO as I'm not up to date with it all, I've just gone by the ratings.

Update* Sometimes my CS crashes and I get a sound loop.. I've also had a blue screen once where I couldn't even access task manager. What is severely lacking? Is it RAM or PCU? I'm thinking about getting new RAM to see if it will help or a new CPU?

Many thanks Trev

Would these two stop my computer crashing whilst in game or even loading a game??
