In Device Manager there is also a triangle against Storage volumes > Volume, and the same comment when looking at the driver, is present "Windows cannot load the driver due to a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory (Code 38)"

The problem has been fixed by getting a third party driver assessment and update. Although Windows Update declared everything was correct it wasn't. Thank you.
