Funny type of virus.

When i go into Display Properties and click the Desktop tab the floppy drive starts making a noise as if it's trying to find a disk, then a notice comes up saying "rundll32.exe - no disk in drive A." Thought it was maybe a virus so i ran AVG and it found nothing but another notice came up just after it saying "Only one Fix Tool running at a time, exciting."

Tried with Stinger and Swatit and the same "exciting" notice came up.Where do i go from here ?

XP home.Just downloading McAfee virus scan to see if that will pick up anything. Can't get over the "one tool at a time" thing when you try any virus scan.
