Freezing screen and sound - no BSOD

Hi All,

First I want to apologise if this post is missplaced or I violated some of the rules. I have read many topics about this issue here and on some other pages but any of the solutions did not help me.

Could you please give me an advise with my PC(spec below) I am having issues with random crashes with sceen and sound freeze. There is no BSOD. I have put the event viewer protocol below. This happens while gaming new and old games that are not so demanding.

I have bought all new components at once in summer last year. Only exception is HDD which I have replaced first with SSD. I did not oveclock any of the components and I have re-istall Windows 10 many times in hope to solve this.

I have re-pasted the CPU with new TP and bought couple new coolers. (before the re-pasting I have never registered temperature higher than 75°C).

After this the problems are still in place so I decided to bring whole PC to the store where I bought it. They said it is caused by GPU and sent it to professional service but they did not find any problems.

I have run MemTest86 a let it pass 5 times without any errors.

Thank you all for your help in advance.
