Don't forget, to run Windows 3.1 you would also need something like DOS 6.2 as well.

You're not going to get advise on downloading software illegally here - however poor you are.

is it illegal though? Microsoft washed there hands of it a dogs age ago, as far as they are concerned it is dead and its product life expired.
