As usual I forward a selection of funnies that I receive to others.
Some of them contain images[jpegs] in the body, not as attachments.
Occasionally I receive a response from one of the recipients saying 'no images'
Whilst others get the complete item.
Pondering why this should be it seems that those that use an E-mail client [Thunderbird or Outlook etc.] get the full item- whilst those that use web mail, only get the text parts of the message.
Yet I am on web mail and I get the images.
Even stranger when one wrote back using 'reply' the original message was there complete with images.
Copying images only, to paste into a new message does not seem to work .
He having used the reply facility to respond to me - it included the images - I also used the reply to mentionsthat the images managed to come back to me in his mail - he has now said that mail contained nine identical images- He is in Paris - so I blame the French.
