Forwarding email with embedded photo

  Ikarus 14:20 18 Jan 2017

I received an email containing text and a photo (the photo was part of the mail not an attachment). I forwarded this by copying the original mail complete with photo. Pasting the mail into the forward mail produced an exact replica of the original mail. Recipients have complained that they received the text but the photo was a blank box marked "in line image" which could not be opened. How can this type of mail be forwarded so that recipients can see the photo?

Save the picture from the original email to your Hard Drive and then insert it into the new rmail

It may be that you need to change your settings from plain text to rich text.

I don't know which e-mail client you use but below is an article relating to Outlook.

click here have read that some find a solution by changing the subject heading by deleting the word "forward".
