I have made up a Questionnaire in Word with checkboxes so that the respondent can click on it and check the box of their choice. I want to send this form via email but not as an attachment. When I copy the form into an email, the formatting is lost and the checkboxes disappear. How can I get round this?
I've been messing around and the same thing happens for me when using Text boxes which I presume you mean. However, if you use two square brackets  the whole thing will copy and paste. Your answers would look like this [x],but it was the only way I could get round it.
There will be some experts coming home from work soon that I'm sure will have a better answer.
