Or similar. It has 4 rectangles on it, and a cross to close it, but it comes back. When you click on it you can see pictures.

I remember you can turn it off, but a friend with XP would like to get rid but I can't remember how we used to do it.

Have you guessed what it is yet?

You will probably find that Works Portfolio is not showing in Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Features - but if you download Starter from the link it should list it there. Then you can stop it.
