FlashDrive 'secret zip' issue

  gazmix 16:45 09 Aug 2008

I bought a Mikomi 2GB flash drive that has 'Secret Zip - v1.05' application.

It also has an option to encrypt folders.
I have zipped & encrypted 3 folders that contain photos & wmv/mpeg's.

The 2 folders that contain photos are both around 5MB when unzipped & about 4.500kb when zipped & the folder that contains wmv/mpeg's is 700MB zipped & about 697.150kb when zipped.
When zipped they appear as a EZC FILE.

When i click on decrypt & chose folder & unzip, in the photo folders, it says 'failed to open folder' & i get the zip folder appear i double click on it & i get a 'compressed (zipped)folders' prompt saying 'please insert the last disk of the multi volume set & click ok'

In the folder with the mpegs/wmv files, i get most of them opening ok, but sometimes it stops saying 'failed to read' & then the specific file name.

Also it takes about 20 mins to unzip & decrypt!

Even though the folders are zipped, i right click on properties in my computer & the drive, it says the size unzipped! 712MB when the zipped (EZC) folders are much smaller

Hope someone can help
