Is there any way in which I can permanently increase the text size in Fire fox without having to go to "View" "Increase text size" each time.

Old age brings a need for bigger text size!!!!

Johnboy, I haven't come across a way to permanently select a text size, but the easiest way to change the text size is hold down the Ctrl button and scroll down to increase the font size.

HTH, dagwoood.

Try Tools>Options>General tab and increasing the minimum font size setting feature in Fonts and Colours.

Firefox text size is increased in increments by holding down "CTRL" key and repeatedly pressing the
"+" key. Similarly decreasing text size by holding down "CTRL" and repeatedly pressing the "-" key.
This is the easiest way to control the text size.

dagwood has already pointed that out - Johnboy's problem is that the revised text size is not permanent using this method.

Hence my suggestion.

Sorry pal but my posting mentioned nothing about scrolling down.

Neither does mine...:-)

I think dagwood was referring to the same method as you and misused a word.
