Hi, I am on Virgin / NTL 4meg B/B service, which has always been fine. For the past week my service has been slower than a slug on Valiums. If I download something the max speed I get for the download is 4kb's. Virgin have done a ping test on my set up and they say its fine. They suggested that I give FireFox a try as my browser.
What does everyone think of this suggestion? Once I move to FireFox how easy would it be to go back to IE if I wanted.
You could try ,Control Panel.Administrative tools,Services ,Scroll down till you get to Dns Client, Make sure that it is set to automatic,Or Control panel,Network connections,Right click local area connection,And press repair,See if there is any problem with DNS Server,
