Films on a PC

Chatting about this subject in my local I found that there was a large amount of "downloading". As a guy who wants to watch, rather than sell, where can I see these films? What does it cost?
and is it legal?

Sky TV also allow you to download films legally if you subscribe to one of their film packs. These are free of charge and will usually take about the same amount of time to download as the length of the film if on a 1 mb connection. IE: a movie lasting 1h 20 minutes will take that long to download, if your connection is 2 mb then half that time. Go to Sky's home page for details.
