File unzipper

As an O.A.P. who enjoys building and repairing computers for my children and grand-children, I have one thing that I find most difficult. That is unzipping files which I have downloaded from the internet. Can anyone recommend a good and easy unzipping programme that I can download, and which is easy to operate. Thanks for any help given.

I have used Windows Commander and then Total Commander from click here for years now.
It works similar to windows explorer (but with 2 windows side by side instead of 1), and allows manipulation of the .zip files without unpacking them.
