File Sharing within homenetwork

I have 2 peer to peer PCs, 1-win2k, 2-win98, connected to each other by Ethernet thru a router. From 1-win2k I can access the entire HDD,i.e. C:/ of 2-win98. I would, however, like to close a particular file, i.e. the "My Documents" file which lies in C:/ of 2.win98, for access from 1-win2k. How do I do it??

You need a 3rd-party password-protect program, as W98 cannot apply security to any folders or files itself.

Google will have many, many free programs, or go to cnet.com > downloads
