FAT 32 to NTFS on Windows XP

I have Windows XP running on FAT 32 system and I believe that NTFS is superior. Can I change from FAT 32 file system to NTFS without losing everything on my hard disk or must I go back to a bare hard disk and reformat. Experts please.

No problems changing over to NTFS. NTFS is a superior file System as you say BUJE.
