not sure, but because i travel alot, remembering to take usb cable can be a pain. This is what I am doing at the moment. I currently have a 250GB freecom drive, and i always need the usb and power cable. Can do with something a bit smaller with built in cables. Any sugestions woodchip?
I also have done as above, after upgrading my Laptop Hard Drive from a Hitachi 30Gb 4200rpm to a 60Gb 7200rpm the computer works a lot faster and no disc churning. plus I put the old 30Gb in a little caddy that cost me £5 from a computer fair Connects just like yours but with a loose usb wire
