WHEN OPENING EXPLORE IN WINDOWS XP I HAVE LOST THETOP COMMAND BAR AT THE TOP WITH ALL ITS ICONS,CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF THIS IS A LOSTED DLL.
Click on View > Toolbars & choose the ones you need. Also select 'Lock the Toolbars' once you're done. G

I know, my suggestion was for Explore. You need to choose Standard Buttons & anything else you require. G
