EXCEL 97 - USE "IF" IN CONJUNCTION WITH "AND/OR"

IS THERE A WAY OF USING THE "IF" FUNCTION IN CONJUNCTION WITH "AND" OR "OR" IN EXCEL 97?
FOR EXAMPLE:
I WANT CELL A1 TO DISPLAY "CORRECT" IF BOTH B1 AND B2 ARE VALUE 10 OR GREATER; UNLESS BOTH ARE IT SHOULD DISPLAY "ERROR"
I'VE TRIED ALL SORTS OF PERMUTATIONS BUT EXCEL WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THEM.

=IF(AND(B1>=10,B2>=10),"CORRECT","ERROR")
