Am using Vista. Previously to this, computer keeps crashing on the internet.

Does anybody know what the error message means?

error suggests a MOBO bios update, (not for the faint hearted), could also be VGA (graphics)drivers try updating them first...

you will need to determine what type of VGA you have a "chipset" (integrated to motherboard) or a standalone card.
the prog in the link will help you do that, when you have determined what it is you can then go to manufacturers website and look for latest drivers.
