Error message on Windows

  joanne957476 14:10 15 Jan 2009

I keep getting an error message when I start up Windows, though it does start up. Can someone tell me what it means and, what, if anything, I can do to fix it?

The message says: Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL. The specified module could not be found.

I have no idea if this is important or not
