my friend is getting the following message ...error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\jtgnalho.dll, I have googled it and did not find anything about it. I think that he deleted a virus and then this comes up every time he boots his pc, help please
try looking in start - run - config.sys - startup - for anything resembling the message and if found take the tick out of the left hand side. Restart and tick the box on the left hand side.
