Error booting up

I have been using windoes 2000 on my home computer for quite a while now. I formatted it so that i caould have a new install, but windows setup would not load when inserting the boot CD into the drive it would just fail fail. I managed to get windows installed onto the hard drive by using a diffrent computer, it works fine on the second computer, loads through to windows fine but when putting it back into the first computer it will not load windoes and brings up the following error on a blue screen during start up: Stop error Inaccessible_Boot_Device. I dont understand why this error comes up on one computer but not the other. Any ideas? Thanks Joe

If the setup won't run from the CD, you can create the Setup Disks. Use the other PC, insert the CD, and search for a file named "makeboot".
Have four floppies handy. Then boot from the floppies.

Once you got to the setup screen, hit F6 to install your IDE driver. Have
your motherboard driver disk handy, just in case. In some cases, you have to install the
driver TWICE, one for each IDE controller.
