Hi guys . I have a problem trying to get connected to Virgin Broadband. I have called 6 times their customer support and they can't help. I am trying to log in but always get the same error : 0691. Incorrect password or/and username. I know I am typing the right pass/username. Also I have used a second computer and a different modem and still get the same message. Anyone there has got the same problem or have any idea what is going on?
Yes. I have requested another password and it doesn't work. I don't have ID blocking and I have tried to connect from a second p.c. wich have the O.S. just installed. It looks the problem is not from my side but from Virgin or B.T. but their customer suport just keep saying I am typing something wrong but when I try a few times while they are on the phone , they give up.
