After up grading to Windows XP this printer works fine in all programs except Quicken 2000. I have upgraded Quicken 2000 from Quicken.com.I have also upgraded the Stylus 680 driver and software from Epson. The updates have had no effect on the problem. Can anybody out there help please.

What a coincidence! My Epson 680 just started giving me problems! It's now printing gibberish. It's been behaving itself properly for over a year until now. I de-installed the drivers and re-installed the original drivers from the disc as supplied with the printer. All to no avail... I've unplugged the printer and plugged it back in... I've checked the cable connection. Nothing... Any help or suggestions please?

After much trial and error I hit upon my own solution to this problem. Make Quicken 2000 compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000, and hey presto all printed again. Route was via Programs, Accessories, Windows Compatability Wizard, and follow the instructions given.
