My printer a Epson C62 is connected via Parrallel port cable, in bios which setting of the following should it be on please.EPP, ECP or ECP+EPP ?
ECP+EPP that is what is on my computer.
I always set the systems that I build to ECP - this is what HP recommend. Also this lifted straight from the Epson support FAQs ...."It may also be useful to confirm the BIOS setting for your Parallel port. The recommended option is ECP (Enhanced Computer Port)."
DieSse is as always, spot on. If you have USB on you computer you would do better investing in a USB lead for about £6 because the C62 has bothParallel and USB connections. I found a great speed difference on my C62 with USB.Regards G.
other guys/gals? Philip2, youknowim Thank U !.Changed Parr port cable but if this problem persists it going to be on USB.
