Entry Level PC

How does this sound for a basic entry level desktop PC.I already have a display so that is not neccesary and it's not for gaming so the Ati Radeon 4250 IGP will have to do (At least its better than Intel's pitiful offerings).

XIGMATEK Midgard Chassis
Corsair Memory Builder Series CX430 430W ATX PSU
ASUS M4A88T-M 880g/SB710 with Sata III
AMD Phenom II X2 555 3.2GHz Black Edition Socket AM3 6MB 80W
Kingston HyperX 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600MHz Non-ECC DIMM CL9 (Limited Edition)
Samsung SpinPoint 320GB 7200RPM S300 16MB
LiteOn 24x DVD-RW Internal Black SATA
Sony 24x DVD-RW SATA Black Bare Internal Drive
Xilence Red Wing 120mm Quiet Fan x3
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU Cooler

Can anyone think of one better for under £400..?

That'll do fine, although I'd get a 500Gb drive (as the price difference is negligible click here & click here - about 50p to £1).

Also, if you're not going to overclock the CPU, the AMD CPU's included cooler will be just fine.

Also consider an Antec 300 case click here, or a smaller/more compact mATX one (as your motherboard choice is mATX) - e.g. this Coolermaster Elite 342 click here for about half the price of the other two. G
