I have my internet provided by BT.I have my email address and my wife has her email address.In my bulk folder I had 5 emails my wife had 1896 emails and obviously it is impossible to delete them one at a time as I would be there all night.How do we stop these rubbish emails getting through.I have got the following protection...Antivir,Superantispyware,Spywareblaster,Windows Defender and Zone Alarm.Could someone advise.

If they are in the bulk folder that's where Spam should be going so it is being correctly identified and not reaching your Inbox.

There is not a lot you can do about spam email other than delete it unread.

you don't have to delete them one by one - you can delete them all in one go.
If using Outlook Express:
open the Bulk mail folder so that the headers are listed on righthand side
put your mouse cursor anywhere in the righthand side and left click
Now on your keyboard hold down the control key and press a
(this will highlight/select all of the contents of the bulk mail folder)

Now whilst they are all highlighted press Delete on your keyboard
This will delete them all, all at once and they should now be in your (wife's) Deleted Items folder which you can then empty.
