email size

What should I expect the maximum size of email that I can send to be? I am using Tiscali 2Mb and Outlook Express as the client.
It threw back an email with 7Mb attachments yesterday. Is this too big? Is the size limit set by the provider? Cannot find anything on Tiscali help pages.

Probably over limit either yours or the recipient would need to split if possible into smallersesgments to see wht the max is. Or use a freebie called as said then you can upload a single file up to 1 Gig they then inform the rcipient and they download it

I regularly send up to 10mb attachments with Tiscali, so 7mb should not be a problem.

How many attachments are included in that 7mb? more than 10 might cause a problem, if it is more than 9 or 10 can you not zip them together and try again.
