email address using pipex

Any pipex users out there to solve this little problem?

I use pipex and my neighbour has just signed up to Pipex broadband.
Her email address is something like "axaz97"
She would like it to be more like "hername" because it's much easier to tell people.

I know that my pipex address is similar to her axaz but that pipex also accept my "[email protected]" - but I discovered that by chance and a long time after my account became active - several months after.
My neighbour wants to give her friends her new address and doesn't want to give them the "axaz..." one.How can she get a pipex address such as "surname @dsl....etc" NOW.

You can change your mailbox names to an alius name. Try this link.

thanks Ashrich. YOur link is OK , but those on the pipex site don't seem to be working. I'll see if there is another way around to the same info.
Basically, is what my neighbour wants the same thing as pipex call an "alias"?

click here is the correct link, but you will need to login.

"Basically, is what my neighbour wants the same thing as pipex call an "alias"? "

Yes it is, also the original [email protected] will still work after creating the alias.
