Can someone tell me what needs deleting or emptying to clear the internet search history? I'm talking about the list that appears if you put your cursor in the Google search box and press the down button. CCleaner doesn't seem to clean this. Is there a folder somewhere that needs emptying, or a DAT file that can safely be deleted?

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Autocomplete button and click the "Clear Forms" button.

Thanks guys - so there's no way of automatically cleaning this? I was hoping to add a custom file or folder for CCleaner to clean. I would have to just untick the "Forms" box under Autocomplete?

CCleaner has an "Autocomplete Form History" option, but it also deletes your saved passwords. The easiest way to do it is as I described.
