DVD Duplicator "thought that needs checking"

I want a multiple DVD duplicator but dont want to spend £300 plus on a specialised machine, so my thought is this. I have an old spare pc, is it possible to install a dvd-rom and 3 dvd-rw dives and make 3 copies of the disc in the dvd-rom at the same time ? do I need any special hardware or software ? I realise I will have to daisy chain the IDE cables to the drives and setup the dvd-rom as master and the others as slaves. But would it work ?

You might need a copyright licence first.

not needed, they are my own creation. They are presentation dvds for my recruiting agency.

"an old spare pc" what spec is the machine, is the power supply sufficient to run 4 drives at once?

it has a 450watt supply and an AMD 2200xp 512mb ram

Nero, on the burn tab you can tick multi-recorders.
