dvd decoder?

I am trying to play dvds on my xp system, but it is saying unable to play as there is no dvd decoder. Can i download one or where,which do i go for?

Try using Real player 10 click here that will play Dvd's. It will also record cd dvd mp3 etc...

I think Real Player needs a plugin for dvd playback, Try this instead click here a free trial.

I already have AsusDVD player installed. Realplayer must be using the plug-in from there.
I have not tried Real player on a system without any other DVD players already installed.

Yes I think it's a bit like Media Player 9 in this regard, can't speak from personal experience though.
