Dual Boot System

I thinking of setting up a dual boot system using Win 98SE and some sort of Linux. I have 2 HDD in the machine and was wondering what else I would need to do to make this work.

I do not have a copy of Linux yet, but I am thinking about getting 1. Any help welcome.

I would suggest that you take the option to have a boot floppy rather than make changes to your boot record on the hdd - less chance of any problems.
