Dreamweaver images

I am a teacher who has a reasonable grasp of Dreamweaver. My problem is that when inserting an image into a table or layer it always inserts far to big and I am constantly resizing. I clearly need to do something that I am not aware of. Can anybody advise on what to do?

Either thumbnail the images to a size that suits, or specify the image dimensions in your code.

Thanks for your response but I'm not sure how to do either of those. All I know is how to insert an image.

....<img border="0" src="your picture.jpg" width="200" height="150">.....
Ignore the dots when inserting code. The 200 & 150 can be changed to any value you desire. Also if your images are in another folder it could be something like. /images/your picture.jpg. The example above refers to the image being in the root of your site.
