i have found download accelarator plus 5.3 to be very good.

i have used fresh devices download manager and and I find it does the job!

stardownloader is good.it wont speed up your downloads but will resume from a broken connection.can also be set up to auto scan any download with your AV.its free and has no adware.

DAP has spyware. Use Fresh Download.
