Sounds like you've been added to that company's list of spam-origin addresses. click here might be able to sort you out.

My ISP has a "report spam" button on my email screen. I've often wondered what would happen if I clicked that instead of the "delete" button by mistake -- do they do any checks or would the sender of that email simply be added to their spam database?

However I sent mail from another address and it was not blocked.

So a porky is involved.

The problem is that this is my Landlord's Factor and they're up to something.

Is your other address @btconnect.com? It could be that the whole of btconnect was blocked, not just you, for some reason.
