Do I need to replace the 'Wireless Lan'?

My Lenovo Desktop hardware scan, reports a failure of the Realtek Wireless Lan. I have no idea if this important or not, or even its function. Is this a device for connecting an assembly of PCs in a group, which I do not have. An answer would be appreciated, thank you.

Its to allow your PC to wirelessly connect to your router and other PCs on a network.

It sounds like you have just the one machine connected by a Ethernet cable to the router therefore don't worry bout it.

Not really sure do you have a wireless connection on your computer that you don't use.Maybe it is trying to switch on or off.

Thanks for your answers. Yes the one machine is connected via an Ethernet cable. A separate laptop connects wirelessly. Thanks for confirming.
