A computer running win xp has comeup with this dll missing and therfore I cannot start win even in safe mode. what can i do to get going againhelp
do you have a win xp cd if so you could try the repair console. as far as i recall the dnsapi.dll should be in the C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32 FOLDER
