DivX Audio Codec

I have downloaded a Video Clip with the extension Xvid-DMT which has a perfect picture and shows the DivX logo in the bottom right hand corner but there is no sound. I have downloaded various Codec's but still no sound.
I also downloaded and used a program called GSpot Codec Information Appliance which says that a codec already installed (ac3 (0x2000) Dolby Laboratories, Inc) should be capable of playing this movie clip. It says ' The following codec should be capable of processing this format - Nero Digital Audio Decoder' .
Do I need to convert this file to another format or do I simply need a Codec?

Sounds like you need a codec.

I find I can play most stuff I download with an XviD codec, ac3filter_0_70b,

Although there are loads more out there.

I suggest u find type of coding and look for filters using google.
