If you are looking to make an "Exact Copy" as in backup, then I suggest Acronis True Image 10.
If not what do you mean to copy?

How hard is it to answer this question.... I realise this is an old post but my god!!

"If you are looking to make an "exact copy" as in backup"

What ???? An exact copy of a cd!! what is hard to understand about that.... they want to make an exact copy of a cd. what other possible information could he give you? Stop acting like you know everything and answer the question!!

You use something like nero, express burn etc.

Acronis will copy your complete C: drive onto DVD but you will probably need about 6 DVD's depending on the size of your C:
A better bet is to buy an external Hard Drive such as a western digital "My Book" and backup (Copy) to that.
You can get Acronis click here
And My Book
