I need to clone a win98se hard drive to a new hard drive under win98se system NOT WINXP
therefore i need a ulility for win98se any ideas,preferably free

If you have a Western Digital or Seagate/Maxtor hard drive, you can download the required utility from their website (Seagate/Maxtor is known as DiskWizard).

Other HDD manufacturers may provide similar utilities.

Even though the basic operation is so simply a matter of going start then choose Disc to Disk from the options menu, next select the source drive normally it is the top one primary drive next select the destination drive secondary drive ,say ok to the warnings and let it happen

Make the bootable floppy version using it will clone any of the older operating systems on drives up to 80 gig as I remember
