I have a modern desktop and an older laptop, both with Windows 10 64 bit and fully up to date on windows. I use Macrium on both. Some time ago I updated the desktop to the free version of Reflect v 7. Yesterday I tried to do the same on the laptop but even after a lengthy download/ install, the old version is showing. I tried clicking on the download file but that just started another long download. Not critical as v 6 is ok but curious as to why they offer the update when you open the older version if the new one doesn’t install .
Check where the shortcut on the menu is pointing to (right click - properties). You may need to.
There was a patch to update to 7.12833 released on the 14th
As I remember the two versions install in different folders so Fruit Bat's suggestion may be the answer.
