Die Size

I am trying to sell a AMD Athlon 2100+ cpu and I have been asked what is the die size? can anyone tell me how I can find out what the die size of me cpu is?

There are two versions of the AMD 2100+, the older version has the Palomino core and the newer version has the Throughbred core.

The "die" is just another name for the actual CPU core.

The die size is the area of the CPU core.

Die size:

Palomino 128 mm squared

Throughbred 80 mm squared

They are marked

The thourghbred is marked AXDA2100DUT3C

and the palomino is marked AX2100DMT3C

if you still unsure after checking pc moron's die size. Look on the chip for the number.
