Diagnostic Performance

I have many warnings ,some critical, in my Diagnostic-Performance. In both boot duration and shutdown the IsDegradation is shown as false. Can anyone tell me what this means and what if anything I should do about it. I am running Vista Home Premium.

Do you mean you system stability chart in Reliability and Performance Monitor?
