I purchased a Develo dlan 1200 + WIFI ac Starter Kit. Support for this product when you phone their so-called Help Line is non existent. I waited 30 minutes on the phone listening to a recorded voice telling me I ‘was number two in the queue’ then I was disconnected. I phoned again straight away and the same thing happened.
Seeing as their ‘Help Line’ is Rubbish I thought I would ask for help here.
My main Develo Dlan 1200 socket (next to the router) works and then starts flashing red and then I have lost my internet connection.
Any suggestions please, apart from buying a different WIFI extender.
