Desktop Shortcut/Program Start List

I recently put a short cut to Microsoft Word 2003 on my desktop by going to Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > right clicking on Microsoft Office Word and dragging onto the desktop.
Microsoft Office Word 2003 has now disappeared from the Start; Programs; Microsoft Office List.
How to I get it back into the list along with the other items of my Office suite?

Start> All Programs>Microsoft Office> Right click which you want and select "Pin to Start Menu"

go to explorer and find word.exe - probably in c:\documents and settings\"your username"\desktop. copy it back in to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office.

Thanks for your answer rawprawn but when I follow your instructions and right click I do not get the option of "Pin to Start Menu" - all I get are :- Open;Explore;Delete;Rename;Sort by name;Properties.
Also if it isn't in the Office list how can I select it?
