How do you stop other users changing their desktop wallpaper. Is there a feature that you switch off in windows, or if not free software. I'm running Vista. I'm a new user but tech savvy.

More information required - what OS, what do you mean by 'other users', is this a shared computer. Why the requirement to stop desktop wallpaper changes?

I run windows vista Home Premium. There is 5 users on the computer. I would like to stop them from changing their desktop background because I have one pre-set. Thanks for your reply

If each user has a separate account on the pc then they should be able to change their desktop background to suit them for that account without it changing your account. Ideally each user should have a password.
