Dell Latitude E4310 Keyboard Problem

  Goodbhoy 18:26 03 May 2018

I am having an issue with the keypad on my laptop. The keys not typing correctly. Some keys work correctly, other keys do strange things.

For example if I work along the top row, I type qwertyuio, then when i type 'p' the carachters rweqpuoi appear and the cursor moves to the start of the string of letters. Backspace operates the 'Caps Lock' key. Other keys operate other strings of letters.

The on board keyboard operates ok.

Any ideas????
